Stream Google search result pages

This CustomizeGoogle feature saves you from the hassle of paging through Google web search results. Whenever you navigate to the end of the page, you dont have to hit the next button. CustomizeGoogle automatically fetches next set of results and appends them to the bottom of the page.

Streaming Google search result pages is based on the "Google Auto Pager" Greasemonkey UserScript by ma.la and contributors.

A note to other developers: If your extension/userscript also modifies Google and doesn't work with streaming search result pages, make sure that your script executes on the 'DOMContentLoaded' event (not the 'load' event).
